Can I return my order?

All sales are final, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but during peak times, processing may take up to 5-6 business days.

Note: If an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.

We recommend double-checking your cart and shipping information before submitting your order, as we cannot modify or cancel orders once placed. However, if you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out to us by email, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

What If My Items Arrives Damaged?

If your item was damaged during transit, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date to report the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace items if contacted more than 7 days after delivery.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or changes to orders. Once an order is placed, it goes directly into processing to ensure a prompt turnaround.

We are not responsible for any customer input errors, and promo codes cannot be applied after an order is processed.
